NEBA STALL RESERVATION FORM

Please use this form when reserving stalls for the NEBA shows. Fill out the sections below and return with you payment.  List any special instructions on the comments line provided (ex: # shavings per stall, if you have a stallion, mare or gelding, etc.)  For ease of bookkeeping, please pay for the shows on 4- Separate Checks. 

 

Shavings are available at the show grounds.  The shavings will be put into your stalls ahead of time, but will not be opened.  As a courtesy, please order your shavings ahead of time.  Shavings will be available throughout the weekend for you to pick up and haul to your stalls yourself.  Nothing but wood type shavings are allowed in the stalls

 

Chance Ridge will be open for arrivals after 10:00 AM on Friday before the shows. 

 

Please Note:  Tack stalls will be allowed, as long as the stall is not needed for a horse.  If the tack stall is needed for a horse, the exhibitor will be notified and the money refunded.  Tack stalls & horse stalls will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis so please be sure to get your reservation form and payment in as soon as possible.

 

STALLS WILL NOT BE RESERVED WITHOUT PAYMENT!

Camping fees are to be included with your stall fees to make it easier for all of us.  You only need to pay for camping if you are plugged in. (limited plug ins available) please put camping fees on the check for that particular show.  If you are not showing a horse and just camping you can send this form in and just fill out the camping area.

Please Note Stall Cancellation Dates Below:

 

In order to receive a refund for your stall cancellation the following dates must be followed.

 

May show- Cancel*lation date of April 27th

June show- Cancellation date of June 8th

July show- Cancellation date of June 29th

Aug show- Cancellation date of Aug 10th
